The existing newsletter signup is hosted by Brevo. It processes information submitted through its own form and provides unsubscribe controls. Existing subscriber consent is not expanded by this website update. Subscribing is optional; publication-specific preferences are not currently available.

The site is hosted on cPanel infrastructure accessed through GoDaddy; subscription forms are provided by Brevo. Hosting systems may create technical access and error logs. The provider inserts a monitoring snippet into HTML responses; this website’s Content Security Policy does not permit that snippet.

Requests concerning personal information and subscription preferences can be directed to investors@duma-exchange.com. Brevo subscription emails also provide unsubscribe controls. The Kenyan Data Protection Act provides rights concerning information, access, objection, correction and deletion, subject to applicable conditions. Complaints may be raised with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
